GENERAL INFO

NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS, NO SIZE CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE, NO ADDRESS CHANGES.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFO ENTERED IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. WE SHIP MOST OF OUR ORDERS VIA USPS , BUT WILL USE OTHER CARRIERS WHEN NEEDED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. 

Returns can be made for an exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria: 

  1. Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  2. The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. 

We do not offer international exchanges at this time. You will need to ship your order back to us with a trackable label that you are responsible for. We cannot provide prepaid return labels for international exchanges at this time

IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER OVERSEAS PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE ENGLISH CHARACTERS WHILE PLACING YOUR ORDER :) PACKAGES THAT ARE SENT USING FOREIGN CHARACTERS ALWAYS GET SENT BACK TO THE STUDIO UNFORTUNATELY. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE CAPTION OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASE. IF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED IS A PRE ORDERED ITEM IT WILL BE INDICATED THERE.

DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK US ABOUT SIZING BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

OUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS 1 - 2 WEEKS. PRE ORDERED ITEMS TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. STANDARD SHIPPING TYPICALLY TAKES BETWEEN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS, FOR DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. IF WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED BY A FEW DAYS.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR ORDER VIA USPS. ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING PORTAL TO UPDATE.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES

BLONDITA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES YOU MAY INCUR DURING OR AFTER SHIPPING (TARIFFS, TAXES, VAT, ETC.).

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

IF YOUR ITEMS ARE RETURNED BECAUSE OF AN INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU TO RESHIP YOUR PACKAGE. 

LOST PACKAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST BY THE MAIL COURIERS, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO THE COURIER (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, OR DHL) TO OPEN A MISSING PACKAGE CLAIM WITH THEM. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO BETTER ASSIST IN LOCATING YOUR PACKAGE, AS WE HAVE NO VISIBILITY ON YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVES OUR STUDIO.
