BLONDITA SHOP POLICIES 🎶

The Basics

-Blondita pieces are made in tiny, intentionally small runs 🌷 — which means all sales are final.

-We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer size exchanges (more on that below).

-Once your order leaves our hands, it’s officially in the care of the mail carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx). We can’t refund lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

-For international besties: if import taxes/tariffs aren’t paid and your package bounces back to us, we unfortunately cannot refund you (we actually get billed those tariff charges ourselves).

-If you order a pre-order item along with ready-to-ship items, your order will ship all together once the pre-order is ready.

Size Swaps

-Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order and only if the item is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

-You’ll be invoiced for shipping costs to send it back + get your new size.

-If the size you need is sold out, we won’t be able to accommodate the exchange — Blondita drops are limited and go fast!

-Please note: underwear and swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.

International Customers

-International exchanges are accepted, but all shipping + customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

-Please note that transit times may be longer, and swaps are processed once your return arrives at our LA studio.

-If shipping costs exceed your order value, we’ll reach out with store credit options only.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review your case. We will do our best to find a solution for you. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Double-Check Your Addy 📦

-Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

-If a package is returned to us due to an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable address, you will be refunded for the item(s) only once the return is received.

-Shipping costs are never refunded, as those funds are used to purchase the original shipping label.

-After the refund is issued, you’re more than welcome to place a new order using the correct address.

-If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

-Want it re-shipped? You’ll need to place a new order with the correct address.

When Your Blondita Will Ship

Blondita is a tiny-but-mighty studio run by one girl (hi 👋).

-Orders ship twice a week on Mondays + Thursdays. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on those days may ship the same day.

-Pre-orders take 4–6 weeks to ship.

-U.S. orders usually take 2–5 business days once shipped.

-When ordering, please check if your item is on pre-order or ready to ship (this is always listed in the product title/description).

-Express / Next-Day Shipping: This only applies if you select DHL Express or Overnight Shipping at checkout. In that case, your order will leave the studio on the very next scheduled shipping day (Monday or Thursday).

-During busy periods, holidays, sales, or large drops, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience while each order is prepared with care.

Please give us at least one week before checking in with your order.

Stalking Your Package

-Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Please make sure your email address entered during check out for these updates.

-U.S. orders ship via USPS.

-International orders ship via DHL, USPS, or UPS.

-Tracking portals can take up to 48 hours to update — don’t panic if it looks “stuck”!

🌍 International Magic (and Taxes)

-Customs fees, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

-If your package is returned to us because those fees weren’t paid, no refund will be issued (we get invoiced for those charges too).

-Please make sure the email on your order is correct, so the carrier can notify you if import taxes are required before delivery.

Mail Mischief (Lost or Stolen Packages)

-All Blondita packages are shipped with insurance.

-If your package goes missing in transit, please reach out to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx) to open a claim — they’re the only ones who can help track or reimburse.

-Once a package is marked Delivered, Blondita is no longer responsible.

-Think your package was stolen? File a mail theft report with USPS + local authorities.

Misdelivered Packages


-Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer under Blondita’s responsibility. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are misdelivered or lost by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.
